lite Customer Insights

1. The fact that all this time was charged is unacceptable since it was App's problem, not stressing the wasted time and frustration.The worst service I ever had, could not rent any of those scooters, and they took 33 cent per minute instead of 15, so while I was trying to rent it I lost 3 euro and asked to refund them back, they refunded me 5 cents (thank you very much).

2. i just checked the scooter and left and it started charging me without knowing it and without even connecting with the scooter! my bank sent me SMS that i am charged 6.50 euro (initial amount when u start, 50 cent is a lie there is 6.50 euro minimum charge) and then i had to find the scooter again to end rental.

3. Really? Who in his right mind named button removing profile "Exit" ? The idea is a good one, just fix the App.3-4 time tried to connect my visa electron card, on all attempts it took money and still can't use the app it stuck on Add the card screen.

4. It requires too much personal data, adding a credit card is NOT enough to use this application and ride a scooter.

5. I only wish the parked area in the map would be transparentI just wanted to see where the scooters located, because I need exact place, but it was required to enter payment data.

6. Ok, I entered my card data, but map doesn't work, I see only 1 scooter in Moscow.

7. 0/10Could not unlock a scooter but started the rental.

8. 10!!! minutes to release the scooter! The App wouldn't upload the photo and no reason for that given.

9. I gave passport, address, credit card, and social security number.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix lite Issues

1. Fix lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the lite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "lite" » Open lite – ride here, ride now » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for lite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear lite – ride here, ride now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from lite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "lite – ride here, ride now" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, lite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall lite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing lite not working


2. Fix lite Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
