4. However, the app does work only in the morning, after 12:00 or after I book a car I cannot access to the application and "failed to connect with the server message pops up which is a real irritating issue.

5. They ask more documents than any other car sharing service and even if you submit all of them correctly they accuse you of some irregularity.

6. When I installed, it asked my number for verification, and my number is from USA, it gives a "Verification Error" message when I select +1 for USA, and never receive a text message.

7. I suspect they use the service mostly to collect data from people because instead of clarify what's wrong they simply block you and keep your credit card information.

8. Registration took whole 5 min and cars are everywhere while prices are reasonable too.Worst car sharing app I've ever seen.

10. Awful, scammers.Upon completing the submission of documents, they give this ticking clock of 3 hours, as if they will give you an answer within this time.

1. Fix Citydrive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Citydrive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Citydrive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Citydrive" » Open Citydrive: Carsharing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Citydrive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Citydrive: Carsharing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Citydrive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Citydrive: Carsharing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Citydrive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Citydrive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Citydrive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Citydrive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Citydrive not working

2. Fix Citydrive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Citydrive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Citydrive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Citydrive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
