1. This app has 3 lvl of exercises and in the first days already I'm seeing difference.I would recommend it if you are looking for fat burning exercises!My belly hurts! My thighs hurt! My arms hurt!everything else is heavy! And I feel amazing! I love the changes visible to my body, and mostly hate the exercises because they are somethings hard! It would be nice if they asked "how was the exercises" at the end of the workout so as to adjust it for you.

The fact that you can choose the levels you would like to work on and the whistle and countdown really helps me personally because i know when to start if my phone isnt right in front of me.It shows you a chart of how much progress you are making i would definitely recommend this app for women who are struggling with their self confidence .I'm ratting this with 5 stars even though I'm on my 5th day, I'm starting to see difference every app I tried didn't show any results like this app, my thighs hurt and burn and my belly also and the exercises aren't that hard.

But the app is amazing!it's my first time in a long time since ihave exercise, iyoo the moves have bn so strenuous i couldn't keep up but i will soldier on because i could feel my stomach working a bit i just need to put up some effort even though its hard, forward we go🏃 ♀️💪The first day of the app was my ACTUAL first day of working out after more than 18 months since i left the gym.
4. When i started using it a could feel a a difference in my mindset and body.
5. But I wish there were more exercises that criss cross the body and ones that better worked the lats.
6. Have to watch an ad before each workout though but that's really the only downsideSo the exercises are pretty good.
7. So more variety per workout covering the same amount of time would have been good.
8. And because I've always struggle with consistency I chose level 1so I don't lose zeal abd what keeps going is coming to do 6-9 workouts and call it a day.
9. For anyone who has a panic attack like I did when it gave me a bmi of 929, just realize that it's glitched if you use either inches or pounds and you need to use the metric system for your weight and height so that it's closer to accuracy.
10. I'm already on a sugar fast as hard as it is little changes are making a difference and this app helps me a lot to achieving my goal.
11. Not allowing for correction.I downloaded the app and the day I downloaded it it stopped working It was really disappointingI absolutely love this app .
