1. Tauseef and team members worked hard to combine multiple book references in a single page👍🏻 I hope we can have an advance version of this app in future..Great App! However if you add some option by which user can repeat the mcqs later which he has wronged,it would be helpful.Whenever I chose FCPS forum option my app kept crashing and I thought the app was not working.

2. Please make sure to enter a feature of pinned down our last seen mcqs, because whenever we open the app we've to start over from the start or we can choose to skip but we want to review our wrong mcqs from the previously done mcqs.

9. Please update the feature of app in a way that all bookmarked mcqs of a section are grouped together and open in a continuous manner as you open them while practising them.

10. Also when you go back from a paper it takes you back to the home page which wastes alot of time especially when there is no feature to continue where we left off.

1. Fix MediCall Academy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MediCall Academy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MediCall Academy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MediCall Academy" » Open MediCall Academy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MediCall Academy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MediCall Academy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MediCall Academy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MediCall Academy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MediCall Academy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MediCall Academy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MediCall Academy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MediCall Academy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MediCall Academy not working

2. Fix MediCall Academy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MediCall Academy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MediCall Academy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MediCall Academy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
