I always need this app to find a way to get to my destination lol I'm really surprised how the subway arrival times are accurateNot many bug and very useful to check the time and location for public train in S.KoreaThis apps helps a lot when travelling in korea.. every informations is accurate...There is no option to change the language to English.

3. Edit after response: so you respond to my complaint about the app not being multilingual, by telling me in Korean, that the multilingual version should be coming soon.

4. You don't see foreigners complaining about NY city transit apps not being in anything other than English because they understand that it was meant for Americans.

7. My friend told me to download it and hers is in English.The schedule is always wrong even changing to '실시간' instead of '시간표'.very quick and snappy app.

1. Fix Smarter Subway Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smarter Subway: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smarter Subway App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smarter Subway" » Open Smarter Subway – Korean subway » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smarter Subway » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smarter Subway – Korean subway app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smarter Subway servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smarter Subway – Korean subway" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smarter Subway app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smarter Subway might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smarter Subway. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smarter Subway then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smarter Subway not working

2. Fix Smarter Subway Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smarter Subway be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smarter Subway not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smarter Subway may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
