1. I have to anticipate the brakes on whatever car I get will be messed up, people drive those cars hard, so even when I do get one a lot of the time I don't feel super safe driving them. You need to put restrictions on where people can/cannot park or better navigation on the SPECIFIC location of the car, spent a bunch of time trying to find the car, just to find out that it was parked on the 7th level parking garage in a building we can't easily access.
2. If you get stuck with a near empty tank, you'll spend 25min on the phone trying to use the fuel card, all while the clock is running.I've used a good car three times and all three times it locked my phone after reserving the vehicle, but still running the clock on my reservation.
3. I'm writing this review while still don't get answers either by phone or message... I love the idea of car sharing but I'm seriously thinking on stop using your service.
4. Like my experience of the service itself so far! Only issue for me is that the app does not seem to function well even after initial setup on older devices (much worse than other apps on same device) which makes it hard for me to use.
5. Customer service insists as long as you can connect with bluetooth its fine, but I had an older phone and that was not the case for me.
6. What makes everything worst, is that they call themselves "serious customer service" but they keep you on hold for more than 1 hour when you try to fix problems with the app.
7. If you minimize it and then pop the window back up it has to reload the entire app every single time, takes longer than 5 seconds and doesn't always work, meaning you need to reload again.
8. But it's not enough to make up for the problems the app itself has, which once left me standing outside of the car while I called customer service to unlock it.
9. I got stranded by this service in a dead cell area before, so I don't even feel comfortable using the service.
10. Also the app repeatedly crashed my entire operating system on my phone, eventually leaving me stranded in downtown seattle at night, a mile away from my hotel, with no phone to call or get directions.
11. The map screen area is useless, super tiny and zoomed out, taps don't always go through to minimize the menu areas so you can see what's around you, the auto zoom is super disorienting and I'm constantly fighting against it to even see what's available.
