3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. If I could give it less than one star I would but I had to give it that just to post a comment.Used this app last nite (for the first time) when I was in dier need of a safe and secure parking spot in Miami due to rioters and looters.

2. Truckpark took my money and left me with no place to park.The app came in handy coming from Fargo north Dakota to new Orleans.

4. I eventually contacted the lot where I was going to park and they told me they have never heard of truckpark! They had me send them screen shots of the app so they could investigate why Truckpark was selling their spots.

5. Going forward this will be the only app I use for mapping out my route.Download the app and keep trying to create an account and it does nothing but continue to crash after I press the button to verify I am not driving.

6. Like date apps do.)Just seems to be a bunch of planet fitness locations whether you are allowed to park there or not.It opens asking for login.

1. Fix TruckPark Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TruckPark: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TruckPark App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TruckPark" » Open TruckPark » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TruckPark » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TruckPark app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TruckPark servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TruckPark" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TruckPark app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TruckPark might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TruckPark. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TruckPark then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TruckPark not working

2. Fix TruckPark Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TruckPark be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TruckPark not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TruckPark may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
