Even if it really is just another way to get folk to pay for the expensive video sessions on its preferred website.. 😏 Promises free ones this year though..The app needs updated it won't open.

An app with all 32 decider skills would be awesomehandy app, it would be great to have other deciders apps and integration with a smart watch and have the app load automatically based on blood pressure or pulse and detect stress as it is not always easy to remember the app is there when under stressSomething to help get grounded and back down to baseline if your anxiety or thoughts start acting up.
3. Super simple and helpful.There seems to be an issue with this version of the app and it won't open as is for older android versions.

6. Very helpful to have all the explanations of each stage of STOPP in an app there immediately when you need it rather than having a post it note or trying to find it some other way.
7. Good to have the option of sound, when in distress to hear another person's voice say each step can be calming.
8. It would be great if you could record when you use this skill and a write a bit for each step as a record of progress.
9. There's an app called Feeling Good to me I prefer the Feeling Good app.
10. With practice, they will become part of anybody's natural behavioral reaction to triggers.
