2. Some of the first clues that you may be experiencing a hearing loss are when you notice difficulty in noise, or it seems like people are mumbling when they talk.

3. You are not alone; over 36 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss, ranging from mild to severe.

4. Contrary to popular belief, hearing loss does not just affect the elderly.

5. In fact, the majority of people with hearing loss are younger than the age of 65.

6. SoundCheck is a fun and convenient way to evaluate your own hearing and the hearing of your family and friends.

7. SoundCheck is designed to be as accurate as possible given a reliable set of headphones and Android version 4. 0 or greater.

8. For the Noise Check feature the accuracy is dependent on the phone hardware.

9. Do you have trouble understanding a conversation in noisy or crowded areas like a restaurant?

10. Do people seem to mumble more than they used to?

11. Do you find yourself asking for things to be repeated?

SoundCheck Customer Insights

1. It's supposed to prompt with sounds, so this is outrageous. This app is too old and appears incompatible with newer versions of Android. It doesn't work with Samsung S10 android system. It does,nt work with samsung s20Trash doesnt even openDoesn't work 😕Says it is out of dateMy son had severe ear infections and the doctor said he might experience hearing loss until it clears completely up.

2. This was a great app to check his hearing, I was so worried if it caused permanent hearing loss.Does not ask for personal info! Use decent ear buds for isolation in an extremely quiet room for best results.

3. Alleviated fear of high frequency hearing loss.

4. Doesn't check hearing beyond 4khz.

5. There are far better apps for this. Why the heck does it need security access to location and photos.

6. Is set on a predetermined sequence that cannot be corrected as you go if you think you messed up.

7. You cannot decide which tones to do first.

8. I feel MUCH better.
