1. Great concept but needs to fix and refine all the bugs.There's no confirmation/any acknowledgement/feedback from when making payment for group pass!!! Retried few times as there was only a blank page, closed app to check, pass not renewed, and retried, same result, but was charged (total of $100+) for everytime I retried!!! And the monthly pass is not even renewed after all that!! Fail usability!! Emailed (on 10 Nov 2018, but no respond whatsoever other than the autoreply) Stay away from this joke of an app!I recently signed up in Singapore.
2. For example, if the bike I'm trying to unlock malfunctions and doesn't actually unlock, I'm still being charged for the ride that i didn't take.
3. I was even charged for using a bike overnight (12 hours)! Surely there has to be an intuitive way for the system to register that a bike hasn't moved an inch since I left it,and therefore not charge me... Anyway, I'm switching to a competitor when my month is up.
4. I found a bike with a broken basket and rode it for around 20 minutes, parked it, and closed the lock, and the app stopped the timer.
5. App is terrible, took a couple of minutes to register ending the trip despite bike was locked.
6. A few hours later I found another bike, and tried to scan it, and the timer was counting up as if I was on a trip for some reason, already at a few hours.
7. Had to enlarge map to my city Cambridge and doesn't show me where bikes are in the whole city, even when I can see one on the street.
8. I have tried unlocking bike before, when the app says the bike is unlock however, it is not in real life.
9. Doesn't anyone care about this ?Map is not working and doesn't show me where the bikes are.
10. If these bugs were resolved, I would give it a much higher reviewCan't use the bikes without paying the récupération fee which has been introduced recently.
11. Map navigation is a joke, you can't zoom in and bike symbol is absolutely huge to make it seem closer than it is.The app works fine.
