1. If you're going to charge us on estimated billing, it makes sense to give us opportunity to recover the extra via points like SJ.9 times out of 10, these days, the app will confirm a booking and assign a car, showing the car on a map with it's arrival time.
2. Disappointing as app is smooth and easy to use, but can't trust that the taxi will arrive on time so won't be using again.Taxi says they are on the way and then the app drops them, or they cancel, and then the app says searching for a driver again.
