1. It took ages to configure: have to take a 20 question quiz, doesn't sync with Google Pay or my phones saved Cc info, super slow interface at every stage, tried to sync with a helmet unsuccessfully (I could see the helmet right there) then when starting a ride I get a network error with no other insight than to 'try again later'.
2. Couldn't find a scooter at all a few times already. The actual bikes are great (San Diego, used during promotional free period), but the app needs some work.
3. Please do not use!! Although other than the ride not being able to end, it was a fun experience. This is the first review I've ever written but I'd like to save people some time if they consider downloading this garbage app.
4. EDIT: the copypasted developer response ain't a great look either!Three times I have been overcharged, the app would crash when trying to unlock or end the ride and kept charging me.
5. On other occasions It wouldn't let me ride once unlocked , and stilled charged.
6. I am constantly having to use a second account because app constantly crashes forcing you to be stuck in a ride you can't use or end, but get charged for.
7. I truly hope they fix these bugs quickly because if not they are done for...Transporter is fun, but the app is not! I was able to unlock a transporter easily enough, but immediately after unlocking, the app closed itself out to display my phone home screen.
8. The Icon is either a block away from the actual location, on the other side of the street, or the scooter is no where to be found.
9. I rode it for less than 5 minutes, and the widget display was showing that I was still on a ride, but would not let me cancel the ride.
10. Other than that, the ride itself is much better, faster, and safer than the scooters.
11. The bikes could use bigger seats and bit more power, lots of hills in the downtown Atlanta area.
I wanna cancel my subscription
