1. Originally went to the site, literally just wanted to check out pricing and it made me download the app which clearly needs work and create an account to do so, and ultimately I couldn't even view the pricing because search functionality won't work.This app is not a joke, it sells itself on an inexpensive way to fly, the marketing is saying you might be surprised how cheap it is to fly on a private.

2. Reading the first reviews, they are definitely fake 5 stars with nothing to say.Kept glitching when trying to search for a flight, screen was just blank trying to select a date.

3. For the amount of money it cost to be a member of this service, it is ridiculous to have an app a 4th grader could better design.Like many others, I installed it and tried to create an account but all 5 screens were the same with no way to put info in.

4. Do you think I can find the airport with a manual search? Also no... No idea if the company is as incompetent at the rest of their business as they are at programming basic search - but I won't bother to find out.

5. How can you offer a high price premium service like private flight, and not have a working mobile application to book on?impossible to sign up.

6. Uninstalled and reinstalled three times.Why is this so complicated? It makes you create an acct just to see flights and no matter where you want to go, it is unavailable.

7. However if you download the app and plug in a simple flight such as Boston Manchester to Chicago you are offered the incredible bargain of $12,000 to fly.

9. Hitting enter just do loops back to enter name.Clicked to sign up, but it just froze on page 1 of 5 and didn't prompt for anything.

10. The app needs to consider close airports or just ask for general locations such as city and preferred timed and then see maybe a possible slot.

1. Fix Wheels Up Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wheels Up: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wheels Up App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wheels Up" » Open Wheels Up » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wheels Up » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wheels Up app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wheels Up servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wheels Up" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wheels Up app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wheels Up might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wheels Up. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wheels Up then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wheels Up not working

2. Fix Wheels Up Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wheels Up be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wheels Up not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wheels Up may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
