1. I want a refundI have pro version of this program and it's very slow (as slow as the movement of a turtle...not slower) and it does not convert photos in groups... I have to convert one photo at a time and worse, the program hangs in the middle of conversion.... I want to delete this program, but I don't know what other program to use instead....Trying convert over 50 files from an unnecessary format that was installed on a recent update to my Android and the app continually crashes.
