1. 1st the internal storage and 2nd a parent drive pointing specifically to folder named after developer, with no parent folder access so you are stuck there, having to go out of app, use file management to move files to this specific folder or internal storage..by which time I've gone to sleep 😴Great free app!!! I have downloaded a few apps before I found this one to convert file NEF to JPG all of that allowed you to convert 5 at a times but you can selected all at once with this apps.

You select files, select place for results and convert button never turns active.I was so worried about my phots because they were in high files I can't see them even in computer after using so many apps I luckly download this app just amazing I converted my 4jb of files within 20 mins so happy thanks developersVery usefull app.

3. Raw files can be easily converted to JPG image.Great and easy to use app if you read the instructions as the app would only work with the phone memory as I later realised.Great App, I have 84 images to convert NEF to JPG, It's taking more than time but it working properly.

4. i can select a nef file, i can select a dest folder, but button for convert stays inactive.

5. Select Raw File, Select Folder and a Convert button that's not active.

1. Fix EasyRAWConverter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EasyRAWConverter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EasyRAWConverter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EasyRAWConverter" » Open EasyRAWConverter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EasyRAWConverter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EasyRAWConverter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EasyRAWConverter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EasyRAWConverter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EasyRAWConverter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EasyRAWConverter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EasyRAWConverter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EasyRAWConverter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EasyRAWConverter not working

2. Fix EasyRAWConverter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EasyRAWConverter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EasyRAWConverter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EasyRAWConverter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
