1. My only complain is that even it is added to the unmonitored list, occasionally it doesn't do its job until I start the app manually.Hi when I manually activate a profile it says that the it stays until the next times profile is activated but it seems to keep on reverting back to the one I've manually override..please fix this.What's the purpose of this app if you have to manually activate something that's supposed to be automatically activated? My scheduled profiles never worked, I'm uninstalling asap.This app is awesome!!! I love this app This app reduces our daily scheduling various settings such as vibrate,silent and works very accurately.so far ok but doesn't turn off wifi... hence the 4 stars.

2. This app 'has taken over' and turns on the DND function for me instead, with even more conditions to programme to trigger the action, at my disposal!! Thanks guys!As a dedicated Blackberry user, i was so disapointed than Android BB does not have the great features from the past.

3. Great work from the developer(s)Simple, uncluttered and works perfectly! I'm using this app, as my 'do not disturb'(DND) function on my OP 5T refuses to turn on based on the 'rules' provided.

1. Fix Smart Profile Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Profile: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Profile App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Profile" » Open Smart Profile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Profile » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Profile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Profile servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Profile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Profile app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Profile might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Profile. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Profile then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Profile not working

2. Fix Smart Profile Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Profile be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Profile not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Profile may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
