Why should I report an Issue with VšZP?

1. V tejto časti máte možnosť kontaktovať naše Call centrum zo Slovenska a krajín EÚ, môžete nám tiež napísať, alebo navštíviť nás v ktorejkoľvek pobočke zobrazenej v zozname.

2. Môžete si zobraziť svoju zdravotnú kartu, kartu Vašich detí alebo osôb, ktoré máte v opatere.

3. Upozornenia formou push správy Vám pripomenú nárok na preventívnu prehliadku, informáciu k predpísanému receptu, liekovým interakciám, možnosti ohodnotiť návštevu lekára, ako aj informáciu o vybavení reklamácie na zdravotnú starostlivosť.

4. V aplikácii máte Váš preukaz poistenca a zároveň preukazy Vašich detí, prípadne osôb, ktoré máte v opatere.

5. Ak k Vášmu predpísanému lieku existujú aj lacnejšie lieky s rovnakou účinnou látkou, v tejto časti Vám to zobrazíme spolu s informáciou o možnej úspore na doplatkoch a o liekových interakciách.

6. V sekcii V mojom okolí máte k dispozícii prehľad lekárov, lekární a pohotovostí, kedykoľvek to potrebujete a podľa toho, kde sa aktuálne nachádzate.

7. V nastaveniach máte možnosť zmeniť si svoj PIN kód, pridať si/zmeniť Vašu fotografiu a fotografie Vašich detí.

8. Súčasťou SOS karty je aj možnosť zavolať rýchlu zdravotnú službu na linke 155 a vďaka geolokácii bude možné určiť presnú polohu, kde sa nachádzate.

9. Služba, prostredníctvom ktorej je možné čerpať benefity poskytované VšZP, vytvoriť skupinu, pridávať členov skupiny a podávať žiadosť o úhradu nákladov v zmysle podmienok používania produktu.

I use it for myself as well as all kids, and despite the beggining, and as one of the fee, I still rate it 5* for it's UX, and huge amount of various info included.I like the app quite a lot, the design and usage are modern and easy to use ... However, always there is room for improvement ;) For instance, when I read the prescription, only the code of the drug is displayed - so I have no way of knowing which prescription is for what drug.

2. Now, reading some of your answers to other reviews regarding the same, you say an English version is not even in your plans...and that has to automatically change my rate.You can't reset your password (the send you a new randomly generated one via e-mail in plain text).

3. Would give 0 stars if possible just for the plain text password.It's got a lot of features, i personally find useful that i can see all of my previous medical check ups (as well as amount that was charged through insurance) so i don't have to keep them in my mind.

4. Application has digital insurance card, pretty good privacy options and security.

5. Having all the health data in one place is quite useful and I really appreciate having insurance cards in my phone.

6. (The only other option was via SMS, but their SMS is complete trash, that doesn't accept regular phone number format).

7. Why not check the quality first and only then start the circus? Anyway, after 4 tries that failed for different reasons I gave up.Easy to use.

8. It's served my purposes i needed so far.App activation is not very user friendly, thus I understand it's from security reasons.

1. Fix VšZP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VšZP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VšZP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VšZP" » Open VšZP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VšZP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VšZP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VšZP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VšZP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VšZP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VšZP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VšZP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VšZP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VšZP not working

2. Fix VšZP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VšZP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VšZP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VšZP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
