2. I will do my best to continue providing any feedback and help this app grow! I love the concept of this app and wish I knew about it while we had earlier cruises!Not as easy to navigate as it was a couple years ago can't find people going on my next cruise to chat with and the horn on the ship is gone ! Really disappointed app has changed so much.

3. I have restarted the app, restarted my phone, did the update, and it still does not work properly.Most convenient way to find out anything you need to know about cruises, your ship, excursions, and anything in between.

4. I have tried for several days.Adding Ship Mates feature is completely bugged! I can't add my partner with out the app locking up and she cannot on her end as well! UPDATE 7/23/2021: I finally got in touch with an awesome customer service rep that was able to rectify our immediate issue after exchanging emails for a little under a week.

5. The few times I needed to contact support (not the app's issue but the data from the cruise line had changed) they got back to me quickly with and also updated their data to match.Have been having trouble with the app since I first downloaded it.

1. Fix Cruise Shipmate & Excursions Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cruise Shipmate & Excursions: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cruise Shipmate & Excursions App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cruise Shipmate & Excursions" » Open Cruise Shipmate & Excursions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cruise Shipmate & Excursions » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cruise Shipmate & Excursions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cruise Shipmate & Excursions servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cruise Shipmate & Excursions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cruise Shipmate & Excursions app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cruise Shipmate & Excursions might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cruise Shipmate & Excursions. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cruise Shipmate & Excursions then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cruise Shipmate & Excursions not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cruise Shipmate & Excursions be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
