1. It would make it easier than having to type out the name of each individual port and you need to check a schedule.Grate app with upto date info of all kinds of ships best part is tracking your ship you've been on or going onApp was very useful at the beginning but now the map doesn't load and you cannot search for ships or ports or anything really.

2. Only one thing is missing, if there would be a feature for satellite view as well for tracking, that would make it for a another level!It's a great app for finding the arrival times of cruise ships especially here in Florida.

3. Please fix this bug and maybe I'll download again if I don't find cruise cal more reliable.Has been great since I first loaded it several years ago but suddenly the map is blank, no land, ships etc.

4. only a blue screen! Something needs fixing please.5 stars before but only 1 star now.Great app and handy features, but basic functionality and ugly intrusive ads that cannot be removed.I would give it a zero but its not an option.

5. A option to save favorite ships or ports and a premium version without ads would be good to have.

6. Don't waist your time.When I first installed the app it was fine but after a couple of uses it no longer displays any information.

1. Fix CruiseMapper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CruiseMapper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CruiseMapper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CruiseMapper" » Open CruiseMapper » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CruiseMapper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CruiseMapper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CruiseMapper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CruiseMapper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CruiseMapper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CruiseMapper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CruiseMapper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CruiseMapper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CruiseMapper not working

2. Fix CruiseMapper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CruiseMapper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CruiseMapper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CruiseMapper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
