1. I went to the original cruise line page and can't find my reservation either.The app was great.

2. This is on multiple cruises that we have looked at.Be willing to give it 5 stars if I can view my favourites on the app that I saved on the website.

1. Restart Cruise Finder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cruise Finder App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cruise Finder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cruise Finder - iCruise.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cruise Finder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cruise Finder - iCruise.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cruise Finder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cruise Finder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cruise Finder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cruise Finder then reinstall.
