Why should I report an Issue with Universum: Personal Diary?

This app has an annoying bug: it occasional reverses the colors on my phone, and I have to reboot to fix it.Could you add a feature in which a person may scroll through their list of things, rather than having to choose a date to be able to look at what the person has written? This app doesn't seem complete without that; I can't recommend it.

2. I'm willing to come back to this app if it ever implements that particular simple way of diary/journal-interaction.I honestly like this app and it's gotten me into daily journalling for the first time in my life (needing to store business ideas and keep basic logs also drove the need).

3. I spent time considering each word, and revising past sentences to more clearly communicate what I thought.I love that everything I need to keep track of in a month is all in 1 place.

4. I like that I can schedule a task I do every week on certain days at work and have it repeat on only the those days without having to reschedule it!! Also it is organized in a way that makes notes, task, checklist, etc.

5. The full version is very well priced and worth it! Many of these types of apps require monthly payments on top of purchasing the app.

9. Suggestion: add icons for the Search and Tags functions to the top bar on the calendar screen, so they can be accessed quickly without going through the menu.

10. It doesn't overwhelm me like the rest and I hate to switch to a different app, but why have useful features without any options to customize or sort them? Recurring tasks are unusable for me.

1. Fix Universum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Universum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Universum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Universum" » Open Universum: Personal Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Universum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Universum: Personal Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Universum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Universum: Personal Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Universum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Universum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Universum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Universum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Universum not working

2. Fix Universum Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Universum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Universum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Universum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
