1. May the solutions for the bugs from the new update appear quickly and with ease.First, I want to make it clear that I LOVE this app.

2. but I love it.. I love how it explains how current transits and our personal aspects work in relation to eachother and the way its written with guidance.

3. But, I think there was a coding error with the last update because when I go to the compatibility between me and a friend, it doesn't matter which one, when I click on the different planets it takes me to the wrong one.

4. I love the realism it portrays and my chart is so spot on I'd think costar was spying on me at times.

5. However, with the most recent update, I lost all my friends in the app and my landing page is totally blank aside from the add button and the chart button.

11. I will say that sometimes there's some things that just scream artificially generated, like my thought for today, "a house that doesn't change is a dead house" and some other things that just kind of don't make a ton of sense (to me ig).

1. Fix Co Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Co: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Co App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Co" » Open Co–Star Personalized Astrology » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Co » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Co–Star Personalized Astrology app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Co servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Co–Star Personalized Astrology" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Co app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Co might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Co. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Co then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Co not working

2. Fix Co Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Co be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Co not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Co may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
