1. I have no complains about it! The only things that I think you can improve are the way you choose the destination, like after you write the address that you want to go to, it would be nice if you can also move the destination point on the map the same way you can move the starting point and the other thing it would be nice if you could've seen the feedback you recieve.Can't get a driver to save your life using this app, while choosing to pay with a card.

2. EDIT: reinstalling a third time got it to work, but it should not be this difficult!You offer the option to login with Facebook but then you ask me for a password, which defeats the whole purpose of using my Facebook account for login.

3. Great customer service!Payment method keeps getting changed from card to cash and back by the "app" or drivers (I've only noticed this when choosing card payment, maybe it's some exploit of theirs).

4. And if you can add those in the "place order" form, clicking on the star from upper wright corner doesn't add all that to a "favorite" address.I would have given it more stars but after the last update it freezes every time i try to order.

5. Also, choosing to pay via card gets an automatic commison of a small amount, which while not noticeable, still is a dick move from the guys that developed the app.

6. It's a struggle to try to move the map so i can order... I hope it can be fixed.Can't add my card as a payment method.

7. Also it enables continuous WiFi scanning.I couldn't save a favorite address with other details, besides street name and number.

8. Adding a favourite address just gets from GPS the street name/number, you can't add building, entrance or other details.

9. Prices have gone nuts, I've already been burnt twice by the app's "estimates" when Uber was a way cheaper option (got charged 50% more than the highest estimated price).

10. After I click to connect Facebook you show me a form to create an account on your app where you just took my name and email from Facebook.

11. With that being said, be careful when using this app, check the meter and all.App opens with a plain white overlay that just covers most of the screen.

1. Fix Star Taxi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Star Taxi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Star Taxi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Star Taxi" » Open Star Taxi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Star Taxi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Star Taxi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Star Taxi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Star Taxi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Star Taxi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Star Taxi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Star Taxi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Star Taxi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Star Taxi not working

2. Fix Star Taxi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Star Taxi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Star Taxi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Star Taxi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
