1. It seems that i cannot login without a phone number, number that i did not had added to my account before because it was not required.It doesn't do more that monitor your usages!! But what to monitor when text messages don't work?? And, unbelivably, there's no WiFi calling/text.. they are in Stone Age!! It's even worse as their Optical fiber doesn't work!! Don't call them, they are stupid and eventually will tell you they have a different set of keys on their phones.. like they're able to manufacture or understand a smart phone!!update: after April2019 update, the app is no longer starting, telling me to update it, even if i have the latest version No fingerprint auth, no quick pay option, looks like an old web page instead of an app from this century, slow.
2. Also there is another problem regarding the index page for bills that doesn't work at all...Unable to log in because there is no phone number associated for them to send a verification code.
3. If I can't use the online method to pay the bill because of this than I would switch to another internet provider that does no make such outrageous methods to get my phone numberIt's the only app that seems unable to remember the card details, or sync with samsung cards.
4. Also for some reason there is no way to change the email where you receive the bill.I can't login because my digi.ro account has no phone number attached.
5. You can't login, you can't change the password, you can't pay, it doesn't save payment methods for future use.
6. Another problem is about the router, it doesnt start to work after a power failure.
7. It never woks from the first try, it gets stuck when you click on payment button so you have to reopen the app and start all over again few times before it actually works.
8. even if you try to follow the password recovery steps it does not send you any email at all.
9. This app just emulates the digi.ro website.Since last update I am locked out from the application.
10. Solve it, Digi, it's awfulThere is always an issue with the payment page.
11. I have to enter the cards details each time I want to pay the bill.
