1. I would LOVE to be able to update this review to something wonderfully if the issues get resolved.I like being able to view the calendar weekly, monthly, yearly or like agenda.

2. And formatted text notes end up with html tags... 🤷🏾 ♂️ So, with regret, I'm moving to Google's calendar app for now.Uninstalling. My major issue is that it discards changes if you close the edit window without saving.

10. I am a paid premium customer from way back and Digical is NO LONGER SENDING ME NOTIFICATIONS! Needless to say that this is a huge issue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DigiCal+ Calendar Issues

1. Fix DigiCal+ Calendar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DigiCal+ Calendar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DigiCal+ Calendar App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DigiCal+ Calendar" » Open DigiCal+ Calendar » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DigiCal+ Calendar » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DigiCal+ Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DigiCal+ Calendar servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DigiCal+ Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DigiCal+ Calendar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DigiCal+ Calendar might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DigiCal+ Calendar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DigiCal+ Calendar then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DigiCal+ Calendar not working


2. Fix DigiCal+ Calendar Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DigiCal+ Calendar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DigiCal+ Calendar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DigiCal+ Calendar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
