Why should I report an Issue with Files - Hidden System File Man?

The file manager is still there on Android 11 but the app can't seem to detect it.This app does not change the folders nor files attributes on the fly to -r -a -s -h out the system hidden directories and files.Doesn't work on Xiaomi (even though they have the secret file manager, because it is used as file selector for apps)Very good at finding things as my phone has been hacked and this definitely helps remove hidden filesDoesn't work.

1. Fix Files Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Files: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Files App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Files" » Open Files - Hidden System File Man » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Files » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Files - Hidden System File Man app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Files servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Files - Hidden System File Man" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Files app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Files might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Files. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Files then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Files not working

2. Fix Files Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Files be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Files not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Files may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
