1. If you weigh something several times in a row to get very different results.Works for me... And that's using it next to a regular calibrated on the money digital scale.

2. After you place an item on the screen, the weights jump around all over the place so there is no way possible you can get an accurate reading.

3. Keep working on this to get the scales to work at all and once it is able to calibrate efficiently it will be a superior app.

5. It should be easy to use but when you try to weigh anyting the weight never comes out right that's why I use my own digital scale.

6. (I did do the update as recommended & still didn't work correctly)DATA THEFT SCAM! You have to agree to this before use only to find the app is a con.

8. It came up with 6111 grams the first time, 6245 grams the second time, 881 the third time, and 1833 the fourth time.

9. FYI, I weighed the item with my kitchen scale and it's 62 grams.Deleted it because it never worked right.

1. Restart Precision digital scale: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Precision digital scale App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Precision digital scale" » Open Precision digital scale » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Precision digital scale » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Precision digital scale app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Precision digital scale servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Precision digital scale" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
