2. i'll send you a Screenshot.Keeps crashing, keep gettong the message, unfortunatly ransomware has stopped, uninstallingSeems to work ok but keeps intermittently stopping when I turn on my Moto G6.So far it did detect my ransomware and they did get rid of it but they did contain it thankyouI have installed ransomware files but this app doesn't identify.

1. Fix Ransomware Defender Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ransomware Defender: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ransomware Defender App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ransomware Defender" » Open Ransomware Defender » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ransomware Defender » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ransomware Defender app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ransomware Defender servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ransomware Defender" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ransomware Defender app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ransomware Defender might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ransomware Defender. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ransomware Defender then reinstall.
