1. When I click on the camera most of the time it says it failed to connect so I constantly have to close and reopen the app on my phone to see what is going on outside.If you save your layout on multiple camera view but exit while viewing one camera, you need to set up your layout all over again.
2. After trial and error found the older cables weren't enough for the more powerful night vision on these.Not user friendly.
3. (My download/upload speed is 400mb/sec over fiber)**edit: the next day it seemed resolved and was working normally** I was loving the app, i like the notifications for motion detection.
4. Slow, interrupted multiple times... locked up one time, couldn't get off the screen for about 3 hours.Constantly says No more connections allowed.
5. When I get an alert that motion detection has happened, the playback feature doesn't work.
6. When I move to a new house, I won't be getting this 4k system as the defender I currently have installed here stays here.Works well as far as a camera goes.
7. Dont buy this brand! Very very slow (DAYS) tech support and you can only email them.I like the new updates for viewing but unfortunately still constantly crashing.
8. Support basically told me it was user error, and was zero help.
