1. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a light, simple and free antivirus service.Super fast virus scanner, but the tradeoff is that it requires an online connection to scan your device.

2. It doesn't seem like it scans anything except for installed applications, because it's an extremely short scan time, and I never see any files being scanned in the status bar.
