1. Fix File Manager PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart File Manager PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the File Manager PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "File Manager PRO" » Open File Manager PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for File Manager PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear File Manager PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from File Manager PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "File Manager PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check File Manager PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, File Manager PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall File Manager PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall File Manager PRO then reinstall.
