Why should I report an Issue with Gallery?

1. I'm going to have to uninstall and look for a better gallery app.When you have the recycle bin mode activated and you delete a photo or video, you have to delete it twice because the 1st attempt still allows the media to be in full view.

When you're viewing a picture, swipe from bottom up to view details and swipe from up to bottom to close the picture and view the album (as in back button).After trying several gallery apps here I've noticed that most of them are practically clones of one another, named differently to make them appear different.

3. It's like these people read my mind! I want to instantly delete a photo with a single finger touch and be automatically shown the next one, but reversibly: this has it (the "undo" of other apps works, but this one has a built-in trash folder from where you can restore later too).

4. Would rate 5 stars if we could get rid of ads.I've tried a lot of different media apps/ gallery apps and this one is rich in features that makes managing your library way more efficient and Simple.

Every other app I've tried when you click to view your photos and are in the part you can scroll through one at a time they would make it so you had to be in the library page which requires you to leave the screen you're trying to useI like how the folders are organized and how it asks before deleting things.

6. Perhaps going from one very large and loud as every 10 minutes or so, a small banner with continuous, silent ads would be more efficient?This gallery is nice except for the incredibly intrusive ads that pop up and play audio.

7. I just want the content to be non-viewable in the main folder if it goes to the recycle bin.Good simple gallery.

8. And the biggest shortcoming is that the app does not have a search function.Tried like 10 gallery apps in the last 45 minutes and discarded all pretty fast except for this one, which I am loving.

10. I wanted a gallery that gave me options the new so-called improved galleries have eliminated.

1. Fix Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery" » Open Gallery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery not working

2. Fix Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
