SynergyMMS Customer Insights

1. Guess what guys, you don't need that access I don't want you to have it and I don't need you to remind me that I'm denying you access to my personal informationThis app need auto refresh, such as requested accept, it's not refresh .. it's shows others as new request.. rest all perfect good jobwe can't see the task's person name in progress.

2. Every time I would change screens it would remind me that I have not enabled the app to have access to my personal contacts.

3. If I wanted you to have access to my personal contacts I would allow it.

4. I see the request, fill it, hit complete, done!App is stuck on loading screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SynergyMMS Issues

1. Fix SynergyMMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SynergyMMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SynergyMMS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SynergyMMS" » Open SynergyMMS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SynergyMMS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SynergyMMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SynergyMMS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SynergyMMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SynergyMMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SynergyMMS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SynergyMMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SynergyMMS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SynergyMMS not working


2. Fix SynergyMMS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SynergyMMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SynergyMMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SynergyMMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
