God please bless and keep these families whole.Keeps telling me invalid username it doesn't let me login, this app is unhelpfulWont let me find my password, you like my donations but you make it hard to navigate this siteapp never open , fix the web site .I never went there but I was diagnosed with Stage 1 throat cancer and I went to the chem Center in Stoneham Massachusetts thank God I detected it early by complaining of a sore throat All Summer Long then they sent me to see the specialist now I'm 56 years of age but I donate Faithfully my disability after three story fall 30 something years ago my life has been quite a mess but I do what I can to survive and help out a little kid needs every chance at life, amen..Doesn't work.

2. Would like to be able to easy pay through the app instead of website.Keeps telling me that my user id is invalid but my id works fine on the website.

3. I need to be able check my organization's stats often for reports and this is frustrating!you can't get into the app to enroll to give to the organizationBad.. I can't not get the app on my phoneI wish my monthly gift could be more.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix St. Jude GO Issues

1. Fix St. Jude GO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart St. Jude GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the St. Jude GO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "St. Jude GO" » Open St. Jude GO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for St. Jude GO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear St. Jude GO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from St. Jude GO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "St. Jude GO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check St. Jude GO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, St. Jude GO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall St. Jude GO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall St. Jude GO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing St. Jude GO not working
