I sent an email to apello and they didn't answer me.I got ripped off so many times when I try to subscribe for and Google process the payment and confirmed but the app said can't complete with error, I tried contacting The dev many times with auto response"we'll fix it"still nothing,I spent many times and it's always The same thing, I want The dev to refund all my money and for google to remove it from the store,this company is a Ripp off 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬The payment was taken, received confirmation by email, yet the app says 'payment could not be verified', what a con!I have tried Waze and few more others and so far Wisepilot is the best, it simple, user friendly and no hassleAn app like this that needs access to my sim card.

2. I have made a purchase for premium, and the app didn't verify the payment so for that it doesn't add the premium option, in meantime the aount was charged by google pay and my credit card.

3. PityCharge for in-app purchases but never received and no refund and no reply to complaints from Apello and Google.SMS Activation required.

4. No way .... 🙄My money went through but no premium subscription.No longer working on new phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wisepilot Issues

1. Fix Wisepilot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wisepilot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wisepilot App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wisepilot" » Open Wisepilot - GPS Navigation » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wisepilot » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wisepilot - GPS Navigation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wisepilot servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wisepilot - GPS Navigation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wisepilot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wisepilot might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wisepilot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wisepilot then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wisepilot not working


2. Fix Wisepilot Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wisepilot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wisepilot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wisepilot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
