Why should I report an Issue with WellPower - MHCD?

1. View your appointments, medications, see your on-file profile information, join Telehealth appointments and sign documents right in the app.

2. View your WellPower information and records, including your medications and care team.

3. Those who are currently in services with WellPower and have an email on file with WellPower can quickly register an account in the app with the Self-Registration feature or receive a Registration Code from your WellPower care team.

4. View your in-person and Telehealth appointment details including; date, time, appointment type, provider, and location.

5. Managing your WellPower appointments and connecting to Telehealth sessions is easy with the WellPower Telehealth App.

6. Sign and view documents in the app with safe and secure digital signatures.

7. If your care team supports scheduling, you can also self-schedule new appointments from the app.

8. Cancel an upcoming appointment from the app.

9. Please make sure to update the app to the latest version to keep your data and documents secure with the latest features.

Still crashes when opened from a notification; doesn't remember user name or password and requires sign-in; barages me with notifications for appointments I do not have (reflecting a schedule changed months ago); there's no means of controlling how many appointment reminders are made or when they're made other than to turn them off; the app doesn't provide the means of digital communication with MHCD -- the app may help some patients, but I'm removing it.Great to earn and learn about life.pAll of the info I usually search my phone 5 minutes for is all in one place.

Give them a chance and you'll never look back at prior difficulties you may have had elsewhere and BE an adult.Be careful here because I see after 40 yrs of my experience with MHCD, a person/patient, a human individual can get dropped through the cracks, totally unnoticed & a person (Vincent) who is/was supposedly there to advocate for us patients was hard-core, impersonal, argumentative, uncaring etc..because when I called only to say, "I left two msgs for my therapist & had not received a callback after 24 hrs, he verbally showed he didn't care and began to chastise me for not waiting longer.

3. Im sure They willI'm not sure why I can't register my account I did everything I was supposed to do and yet I can't register an account seriously that's not good.Once MHCD became WellPower, my patient portal has not worked!Truly safe and manageable for everyone.

4. Just wish i could get my info and do video meetings on multiple devices and not just my phone.Travis has been a great help.

5. He helps keep my stress pretty much under control.Quiet. Nobody to help but then again the app just showed up a week or two weeks out there.

1. Fix WellPower Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WellPower: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WellPower App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WellPower" » Open WellPower - MHCD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WellPower » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WellPower - MHCD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WellPower servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WellPower - MHCD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WellPower app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WellPower might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WellPower. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WellPower then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WellPower not working

2. Fix WellPower Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WellPower be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WellPower not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WellPower may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
