1. Works very well, gives me near-instantaneous access to all my patient history, meds, treatments, lab results & upcoming appointmentsThis app has been fantastic in keeping track of my upcoming appointments and lab work schedules, has made things a lot easier.It's good to have the portal.

2. Unable to loginThis is a great app , I have been using it for 3 years now and it's very good all my information is at hand anytime I'm looking for any test result.Love this app-you even get test results before the doctor! Virtual appointments yes! Even for urgent care.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyMethodist Issues

1. Fix MyMethodist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyMethodist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyMethodist App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyMethodist" » Open MyMethodist » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyMethodist » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyMethodist app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyMethodist servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyMethodist" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyMethodist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyMethodist might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyMethodist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyMethodist then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyMethodist not working


2. Fix MyMethodist Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyMethodist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyMethodist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyMethodist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
