NeuroSlice Customer Insights

1. Once these are fixed it is a 5 star app.If we repeatedly opening info box of different areas in one slide one after the other then issue arises & issue is, text information box of new labelled area is still showing the text of previous labelled area which can misleading information for people who have no aware of that function& anatomy.

2. This leads to confusing situations where the referenced label for a test location is not actually selectable, or no shaded area comes up when looking for an associated area label which makes it a guessing game.

3. To overcome the problem we need to get back to main menu or sometimes close the app and reopen it which is really annoyingThe anatomy is sort of wrong in some parts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NeuroSlice Issues

1. Fix NeuroSlice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NeuroSlice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NeuroSlice App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NeuroSlice" » Open NeuroSlice » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NeuroSlice » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NeuroSlice app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NeuroSlice servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NeuroSlice" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NeuroSlice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NeuroSlice might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NeuroSlice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NeuroSlice then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NeuroSlice not working


2. Fix NeuroSlice Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NeuroSlice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NeuroSlice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NeuroSlice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
