eHub Customer Insights

1. Still feels unfinished and very beta like app.Has been working fine till today..now it won't work without filling in user name and password and no matter what I use it tells me it's wrong..plus my birthday is a LOT of years to back up to..what happened I just used it to get my payroll info..Honestly, can't do much of anything with it.

2. Supervisor told me the site might be down but I've been trying all day to login this is absolutely ridiculous!Overall this is a convenient way to keep time but there are some occasional bugs.

3. If this was designed to save $, it was a poor expediture of a resource that could have been better spent on a functioning product.Overall, it's a convenient app but there are a few things that need to be fixed or changed on a future update.

4. But the majority of the time, ehub is decent.Horrible intermittent GPS..... my Oneplus 7 pro is running the latest Android and app is up to date.

5. When I go to register a new password the system doesn't recognize Google autfilling a new strong password that DOES fulfill it's criteria.

6. I have been running around the job site parking lot and in the building to clock in..... It literally looks like I'm playing Pokémon Go.

7. It gets very annoying.I've used this for work for about 2 years but recently I've had issues with my phone not reading my fingerprint so it makes logging in annoying.

8. Definately needs some improvement for the user side of things.I'm not able to login for few months now.

9. Having to do manual time entries? Thumbs 👎!It's a basic display.

10. Second, there should be an option to opt out of receiving flex officer job offers for those of us who are assigned to on site.

11. Third, for those who do opt in to receive the job notifications, make an option to pass on multiple listings at once instead of having to pass each one individually.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eHub Issues

1. Fix eHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart eHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the eHub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eHub" » Open eHub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eHub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear eHub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eHub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eHub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eHub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eHub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eHub not working


2. Fix eHub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eHub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eHub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
