1. Bit of a pain since I'm losing some of my image so I hope this gets fixed or resolved soon!Great Modelling app, with recent update and new tools to find what makes a good photoshoot.

2. Also get told a lot of my images are 'too small' but the image size is not an issue for other social media sites.Excellent, and does a better greeting so far as extra the social networking, then I want more people to like me when I load onto my story.

5. There is no castings and no way to build connections.I get notification pop up about likes/follows but if I click on it, it does not direct me to the relevant image/profile and the notification section does not seem to update, so I cannot review.

9. Also, on a next new update, may you allow the casting description box to be a box so can easily read what has been typed out - currently a long rectangle box makes it difficult.

1. Fix Promodeling Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Promodeling: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Promodeling App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Promodeling" » Open Promodeling: Models Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Promodeling » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Promodeling: Models Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Promodeling servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Promodeling: Models Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Promodeling app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Promodeling might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Promodeling. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Promodeling then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Promodeling not working

2. Fix Promodeling Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Promodeling be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Promodeling not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Promodeling may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
