3. But most important of all, if you desire to give back to the Lord all of your firstfruits as soon as you have them, you can do it immediately through Adventist Giving.

1. My payments don't go through, it does not give me the option to SEND or ACCEPT my payments.I've been unable to make a donation because the number of spaces allowed for entering the postal code isn't enough, it only permits 5 digits when Canadian postal codes are 6 characters including letters.

2. I hope these problems get fixed soon.Nice App! As I transport trucks at times, as part of my business, it is nice to be able to return tithe and offering while out on the road, if I dont make it back home to church, in my area,by the weekend.

3. You have to figure out how to enter payment options and not allow app permission to access your location if you want to give to your home church if you are out of town.Use to enjoy this App but now I don't!! I can no longer get information about my prior giving via this app.

4. I can return at other churches I visit, while out,as well, but if I dont make it to a church, or I just want this option, this is very helpful.

5. Our pastor often calls for special offerings and will say "write in (offering name) on your title envelope under local church".

6. I am too far from church and the easiest way was using this, however, it's useless now.I have been trying to use this app for months.

7. I do miss not having ability to more easily repeat same amounts as previous months without setting up automatic repeat.

8. However, my biggest complaint is the inability to write in a category under local church.

9. Sometimes I try to use the donate again feature on the app and it crashes and just doesn't work anymore.

10. This app doesn't permit me to enter the letters of my postal code, either.

1. Fix AdventistGiving Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AdventistGiving: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AdventistGiving App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AdventistGiving" » Open AdventistGiving » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AdventistGiving » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AdventistGiving app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AdventistGiving servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AdventistGiving" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AdventistGiving app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AdventistGiving might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AdventistGiving. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AdventistGiving then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AdventistGiving not working

2. Fix AdventistGiving Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AdventistGiving be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AdventistGiving not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AdventistGiving may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
