1. I love it so far hey glitches once in a while because I go out to different areas where I have low service but other than that it's perfect.We need to be able to check one side and take a photo.

2. Doesn't work well with an android phone limited use of app.Easy! Convenient! Ease of use on both ends.

3. Good app, but what it really needs is the ability to upload pictures already taken on your phone.

4. Makes job easier for the driver and management for any repairs or maintenance etc.🙂This is my first time using this type of software for truck inspections.

5. Taking pictures would allow drivers to add specific details and locations from during the day.The customer support doesn't exist.

6. So now i have to delete 12 picutres everyday so that i my personal phone doesnt get clogged with junk Rating now went from 3 to 2.

9. I can perform a pre trip on one device and any other Inspection on the other device, and all records remain in order.

10. Very annoying when taking 10+ photos for an inspection.what would make this app better is if one of the things you had to do was walk around the car taking a video.

11. Problems on vehicle don't always occur at beginning or ending of the day, but aren't critical enough to warrant a break down report.

1. Fix Whip Around Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whip Around: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whip Around App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whip Around" » Open Whip Around - DVIR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whip Around » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whip Around - DVIR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whip Around servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whip Around - DVIR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whip Around app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whip Around might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whip Around. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whip Around then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whip Around not working

2. Fix Whip Around Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whip Around be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whip Around not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whip Around may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
