1. The only catch is it test your patience both within the app and web browser.Useless. It won't let me recover my account and generate temporary password will not work.App is two complicated to sign in! Need to make more accessible for transfering money ETC.. For us that are out of the Contry we can't use because we need a local honduaras number to get the verification code!! Not good for usIt's useless.
2. I only had problems with login, but since I started getting the Token, I have no more problems.In my case I am not able to transfer money to third parties; and I was able to do so before; since the aplication updated I have this issue.
3. Every month there is a new useless update, and unless you update it you cannot use it, plus the option to add additional deposits to the automatic monthly savings program has not been fixed since you migrated to the new website.
4. Your updates are a waste of time.It's working enough good to transfer money, pay bills and change rate.
5. That seems as if being made on purpose.I thought there was something wrong with the app, turns out I had to update my credentials in order to use this new interface.
