The former app was smooth, fast and precise, this new MyMTN NG claimed to be packed with features is slow, lags etc but the worst of it all is that once the app is opened, the recharge icon pops up before being able to access other features.. Na by force to recharge???? If it's not broken don't fix it but all did the opposite, kudosThis is the most frustratingly useless app I've ever encountered from a telecom service.
2. At times i open it up and it doesn't show my data balance no matter how much i try to reload it or relaunch it.
3. There should also be an option to select which number you want to make transactions with if just like me you have two numbers Linked to obe account.Always having challenges when it comes to recharge.
4. Loads halfway more often than not, keeps displaying that annoying spinning loader, load like a snail, can't get things done quickly if at all.
5. It loads and freezes half way, hence I'm not able to share data, airtime and the like.
6. IMO the previous app was far more better than this new one.Your app sucks!!!!!! I've been using android for years but this is my first app review ever, I had to because of how trash this app has become.
7. My SIM card just stopped accessing the Internet even with an active data bundle.
8. However, the customer care support has been unable to solve my problem for almost 3 weeks now and even seem to be more confused than I am.
9. And data balance reads 0MB even when I have an active data subscription.
10. From logging one's account out arbitrarily to wiping one's cart to including triple orders in cart and you cannot edit it.
11. Features should load fast.This has to be one of the most shittiest apps with the most abysmal user experience.
