1. I'd like to add a suggestion, for example when a user has multiple bundles, give the user the option to prioritize or temporarily block certain bundles for an amount of time or either set a list where the user can put the bundle they'd want to use on top first(priority list), it would be a really nice feature to have since it is so difficult to manage bundles.
2. You should add a graphic column that clearly shows how, when and where our data have been used and/ or depleted with date and time recorded on it to make it even more easier to trace and track the usage of data.Constant crashing.
3. Tried to give feedback on the app, and after choosing your rating, it asks why I chose my rating but doesn't allow to type.This is great improvement ....when you open the app you have all the service of MTN at your finger tips.
4. Anytime I require an excel spreadsheet just to figure out what to buy, you know you're being scammed.I think it's stupid how I always have to login using an OTP to this app! Makes it impossible to manage the sim when I'm not right next to the device with the sim.
5. This makes it easier to one to keep track of data usage on SIM cards I put in my routers.
6. .data ..sms just clear.when we want to know other MTN offers will quickly know where to find them easily.These is a great App to have.
7. It doesn't want to be deleted from the MTN App as I approach the delete bin.Very easy to use with more information one could needs.
8. You can purchase expensive bundles off it with ease but everytime you try buy a cheaper bundle or a special you get a something went wrong message.
9. I would like to see my account balance for the month (all contact billing) and the contract upgrades and when the contract expires.
10. Data runs out while I'm away and I have no way to recharge or monitor usage.
11. So I have some little issue that I might consider through about the lake of Data balances not showing them accurately.
