GIGGO Customer Insights

1. After funding your wallet using paystack, it is stuck on the payment success screen and you cannot go back meaning that you have to close the app and restart the process all over again.Extremely temperamental and highly immature.

2. Even when i wanted to make some enquiries, the customer care were quick in responding and got me feedback with solutions.GIG company,you have zero rating but I'd give one because my review would not go without it.I haven't even started to use the app and I am already encountering problems.

3. It's so tiring that I always encounter problems to upgrade to class merchant on the e-commerce, first of all instead of the app showing basic it will show class and there is no way to upgrade.

4. I will just have to delete the app if I can't use itI made payment for them to purchase goods for me from China since on the 18th of May 2023 and till today 14th June I have not receive my goods,they keep posting me.

5. Very horrible user experienceI can assure you its a very excellent application, it's easy to use, you cant imagine that I was able to track my shipments without stress.

6. The last class merchant has expired since on the 8th of may and I haven't been able to renew it, please fix it.Registering as a merchant is very frustrating.

7. I am sure most of these rating's will be positive if user interface is more simplified and user experience improvedI spent too much time on the app.

8. Why are they using only paystack if it's not gonna work? I even had to go to their office to complain about this paystack thing that doesn't work.

9. I just heard about this app and downloaded it,only for me to keep getting 'invalid phone number' at the SIGN UP Stage.

10. It was chaos when selecting "item category"The payment experience is not good.

11. They are incompetent and unreliable,they promise what they don't offer and the worst thing their agent will tell you can't get a refund.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GIGGO Issues

1. Fix GIGGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GIGGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GIGGO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIGGO" » Open GIGGO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIGGO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GIGGO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIGGO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIGGO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GIGGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIGGO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GIGGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIGGO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIGGO not working


2. Fix GIGGO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIGGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIGGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIGGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
