1. is it cuz I'm on the viewer phone in the same room? (that would be dumb) cuz I'm just trying to test it, I don't even get a chance to check out the quality before the camera phone shuts off and turns phone off.worked fine for a couple a times but then it won't connect and i have to reset the camera app so not very reliable as u'r not supposed to be near the cam phone so gotta uninstal it now.At first I was able to connect in under 1 minute.

2. Now it crashes moments after connecting.the phone that I designate as the camera seems to always randomly turn off the phone completely, dont know why.

3. just open on one phone to view and also the phone that acts acts as the eyes and type the code on the screen.

4. I can't get the app onto this device.Works perfectly for 20-30 minutes, but after that the webcam stops sharing and it is only possible to reconnect when the app on the camera unit is restarted.

1. Fix IP WebCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IP WebCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IP WebCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IP WebCam" » Open IP WebCam - Acid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IP WebCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IP WebCam - Acid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IP WebCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IP WebCam - Acid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IP WebCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IP WebCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IP WebCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IP WebCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IP WebCam not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IP WebCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IP WebCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IP WebCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
