4. Update 6/23/2020 And now the app answers calls and immediately hangs up on the person.I decided to use it over the holiday season since we are closed.

1. Restart Intermedia softphone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Intermedia softphone App. Here is how:

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intermedia softphone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
