Please fix this issue.Great app, but too bad I cannot use it in landscape mode on my tablet :( Please make it compatible with larger screens and tablets !!Its one of the best medical resources i have ever used.It is so good because it gives access to database like uptodate which is prohibitted in iran.

2. Overall till date using it was so satisfying and a great help for the medical students.Mobile invalid error when trying to set up the account.

I enjoyed it and it is highly recommended.Even though I like the app, I would suggest that instead of a 7 day demo without the ability to search all the databases simultaneously, you guys should provide a 1 or 2 day trial with access to all the databases so that the customer can truly appreciate this resource.

1. Fix iMD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iMD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iMD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iMD" » Open iMD - Medical Resources » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iMD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iMD - Medical Resources app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iMD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iMD - Medical Resources" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iMD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iMD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iMD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iMD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iMD not working

2. Fix iMD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iMD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iMD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iMD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
