1. Unlike other platform I'm using, they really take care of buyers n settle whatever problems swiftly to satisfied the buyers n of course it's fair to sellers too.Will stop using Qoo10.
2. Because of the problem with the sellers getting back payment from Qoo10, many online sellers are telling me to cancel my orders at qoo10 and buy at shopee instead or their shop because of the release payment issue.
3. I am not sure what does this mean ....does this mean I should stop buying from the platform since I am not entitled to further rewards anymore? This is getting from bad to worse.
