1. Unlike other platform I'm using, they really take care of buyers n settle whatever problems swiftly to satisfied the buyers n of course it's fair to sellers too.Will stop using Qoo10.

2. Because of the problem with the sellers getting back payment from Qoo10, many online sellers are telling me to cancel my orders at qoo10 and buy at shopee instead or their shop because of the release payment issue.

3. I am not sure what does this mean ....does this mean I should stop buying from the platform since I am not entitled to further rewards anymore? This is getting from bad to worse.

4. So bye Qoo10!I m a VIP but the rewards system sucks...I am not able to claim Qoomama rewards daily as they said I have exceeded limit.

5. They will push all complaints to sellers, Qoo10 didn't want to take any responsibility, did not help up.

1. Fix Qoo10 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Qoo10: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Qoo10 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qoo10" » Open Qoo10 - Online Shopping » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qoo10 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Qoo10 - Online Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qoo10 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qoo10 - Online Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Qoo10 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qoo10 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Qoo10. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qoo10 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qoo10 not working
